You can’t forget the all-important final step in a metalworking project, the finishing process. Clean, smooth, and protect your work and your metal to stand the test of time.
We remove slag, spatter, heat tint, and oxidation from the welds, we use wire brushes, flap wheels, grinders, then blend surrounding metal and apply coatings or galvanize for corrosion resistance.
We use a Sunrise IW-110S Hydraulic ironworker, with two high-speed cylinders well engineered for high power, quality, and reliability.
