Our Press Braking Abilities
We use a 66 ton Baykal APHS-21060 Press Brake, capable of repeatable bends with a backgauge tolerance of 0.004″ using its precision honed, chrome plated, forged steel downstroking cylinders. We can do lengths up to 82.7 inches with a maximum stroke of 8.27 inches. If you need more than that? Let’s talk!
We can also provide drilling, punching and tapping services if you need them! We use a Sunrise IW-110S Hydraulic ironworker, with two high-speed cylinders well engineered for high power, quality, and reliability.
